Recurring Increment Payment

Effective July 1, 2005, only full – time per annum and full-time per diem employees in the titles Agency Attorney and Attorney-at-Law covered by this Agreement shall be eligible to receive the Recurring Increment Payments (“RIP”) set forth below:

Effective July 1, 2005:

After 13 years of service $5,739 (an additional $125)
After 14 years of service $5,864 (an additional $125)
After 16 years of service $6,014 (an additional $150)
Note: The July 1, 2005 RIP schedule includes the application of the 3.25% increase.
 
Effective September 17, 2006, the Recurring Increment Payment Schedule set forth in Section 11.a. shall be superseded by the following schedule:

Effective March 17, 2007, the Recurring Increment Payment Schedule set forth in Section 11.b. shall be superseded by the following schedule:

*For the purposes of determining eligibility for the Recurring Increment Payment, only service in any of the titles listed in Article I of this Agreement shall be deemed eligible service.

The RIPs shall be based upon years of eligible service and shall be paid in addition to the Longevity Differential set forth in Section 9 and the Longevity Increment set forth in Section 10. RIPs shall be payable on the January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1 subsequent to the qualifying employee’s anniversary date, subject to the rule for eligibility set forth in Appendix B of this Agreement.
