Effective July 1, 2005, only full – time per annum and full-time
per diem employees in the titles Agency Attorney and Attorney-at-Law covered
by this Agreement shall be eligible to receive the Recurring Increment
Payments (“RIP”) set forth below:

The RIPs shall be based upon years of eligible service and shall be paid in
addition to the Longevity Differential set forth in Section 9 and the
Longevity Increment set forth in Section 10. RIPs shall be payable on
the January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1 subsequent to the qualifying
employee’s anniversary date, subject to the rule for eligibility
set forth in Appendix B of this Agreement.
