Effective July 1, 2005, all employees serving in the class of positions of Agency Attorney, Attorney at Law, Attorney (including specialties), Associate Attorney(including specialties) shall continue to receive the longevity differential in the per annum amounts set forth below upon completion of the required years of service in any class of positions contained in the Attorneys Occupational Group.
Said longevity differential for employees qualifying subsequent to July 1, 2005, shall be effective on the January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, or October 1st subsequent to the employee’s anniversary date of entry into the Attorneys Occupational Group. The differential shall not be part of the employees’s basic salary and shall not be pensionable during the first two (2) years of payment.

Effective September 17, 2006, the longevity schedule set forth in Section 9(a) shall be superseded by the following longevity schedule:

Effective March 17, 2007, the longevity schedule set forth in Section 9(a) shall be superseded by the following longevity schedule:

Effective February 17, 2008, the longevity schedule set forth in Section 9(a) shall be superseded by the following longevity schedule:
